Michael Healy Design Door Knockers
These Beagle Dog Knockers™ are handcrafted using the age-old art of bronze foundry casting. During this process, molten bronze is heated to over 2200 degrees and then carefully poured into a handmade sand mold. This mold is used just once then broken open giving each Beagle Dog Knocker™ its own individual character. Then it is treated with a rich, dark patina and hand-polished to bring out its realistic detail. Finally, it's coated with a clear lacquer to protect the original finish. Each bronze door knocker is signed by Michael Healy himself.
